For the first 18 years of my life, I barely crossed over county lines, but all the time wondered, “what’s out there?” Careful what you wish for, I guess – a couple of decades later I’ve visited 26 countries, and seem to find myself on at least one or two international trips a year with my work as a consultant, and increasingly taking side trips to odd places when I’m on the road.
